McBain Z Microscope
XYZ Measuring Microscope
The McBain Z Microscope is the industry standard for precision metrology in X-Y-Z dimensions for non-contact measurement and inspection. It is often used as a precision assembly tool or “stack-up" tool for critical “glue-up" with non-contact metrology. Sub-micron accuracy and exacting repeatability make this a versatile and reliable tool for R&D or production.
